Completing this form does not obligate you to enter into a detailed contract with CRAF, LLC. Once this form is completed, you will be sent a service agreement and invoice for initial one time service fee ($1,922). This non-refundable fee convers all costs associated with identifying and placing your new staff. Included in this cost, we will provide you with at least 3 candidates to interview but more will be provided until an acceptable candidate is identified. CRAF target staff rates are not guaranteed although all candidates selected for interview have been informed of their pay rates in conformity with the staff rates. Top candidates may request rates in excess of CRAF target staff rates however, deviations from the target staff rates will always be confirmed in writing.
